花見
HANAMI
Hanami literally means "Flower Viewing".
It is so beautiful that Japanese language has a special word for it! In Europe or elsewhere in the world, we also naturally look at flowers, but we do not have a word for it and we don't do it like Japanese do...! I had the chance to discover how to enjoy the arrival of spring and the beauty of these flowers in Japan.
Recipe for a beautiful HANAMI picnic day in Ojika:
- A bright, blue sky
- Sakura flowers in full bloom
- Bubble blowers
- A blue picnic sheet on which everybody can sit
- Delicious food cooked by Ume-San (fried Onigiri, Karaage, Tamagoyaki, Salmon...)
- And most importantly, friends and family that you love!!
